Because your order is frozen, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you track it to be sure it is received as soon as possible and placed in a freezer. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order is a gift, please be sure to track it for the recipient and keep them informed of its arrival.

To ensure that your order arrives frozen and safe, it is protected using an insulated, reusable foam cooler designed to lock-in freshness. Dry ice is included in most packages. Please carefully read the dry ice warning inside your box and handle per instructions.
