Shipping

We currently ship once a week — typically every Monday or Tuesday but this may vary slightly depending on the week. Orders must be placed by 5pm Sunday to ship that same week, otherwise they will ship the following week.

*Please note shipping restrictions apply to FROZEN BONE BREWS. Please see map below for where we are able to ship. If you live in a state where we are unable to ship direct, please visit our store finder page to locate an independent pet specialty store near you that carries our products.

*We do not ship FROZEN PRODUCTS holiday weeks or weeks during inclement weather events that will create delays.

For frozen orders, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you track it to be sure it is received as soon as possible and placed in your freezer. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order is a gift, please be sure to track it for the recipient and keep them informed of its arrival.

Some important frozen shipping details

(does not apply to Jerkies)

  • To ensure that your order arrives frozen and safe, it is protected using an insulated, reusable foam cooler designed to lock-in freshness. Dry ice is included in some packages. Please carefully read the dry ice warning inside your box and handle per instructions.

  • We make every attempt to fulfill orders on a timely basis; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances (typically weather) can force delays. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

  • If your product arrives semi-thawed and cold, the product has not been compromised, simply place it in your fridge or freezer immediately. If it is completely thawed and not cold, please contact us immediately. Do NOT throw out the product, we will need photos to file a claim.

  • All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO boxes).

  • Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Be sure to double-check delivery addresses.

  • Customers are responsible for making sure gift recipients will be available to receive delivery.

If you are not satisfied with Nugget’s for any reason, please contact us for a full refund.

Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee please contact us at 888.504.1112 or info@nuggetshealthyeats.com within 3 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you beginning the refund process. Occasionally, we will require product to be returned to our operations department for review. If product melted in transit, we will need pictures please. Thank you for your understanding.
